Here at Corsellis we understand that women around the world have all types of body shapes and sizes. We're doing what we can to make sure our garments fit you perfectly. Where garments are made-to-measure you can add important details such as bust size, waist and hip measurements as well as inside leg length. We also like to glamourise everything and Zoë decided that numbers and bland descriptions just don't cut it. This is why we stopped dealing in numbers and instead have our own pretty terms which we feel best describes your best assets. Please see the tables below for conversions.
Top Tips forMeasuring Take your actual body measurements as they are more accurate than measuring over your clothes. Bust: using a soft tape-measure, firstly measure around your chest under your bust, at the level where the lowest part of your bra should sit. Try not to let the tape slip down at the back; it needs to be level all the way along. Take this measurement (in inches): if it is even, add four, if it is odd, add five. The resulting number is your band size. Next, measure around the fullest part of your breasts; don't squish them unless you want your bra to squish them too. This measurement in inches is your bust size. To obtain your cup size, subtract your band size from your bust size. If the two are the same, you are an A cup. If your bust size is one inch larger than your band size, you are a B cup, two inches larger and you are a C cup. This continues through the alphabet, though not in a strictly linear fashion, due to the presence of cup sizes such as DD. Waist: whilst upright, wrap the tape measure around your natural waistline. Keep the tape comfortably loose, don’t pull tight. Hips: stand with your feet together. Put the tape around the fullest part of your bottom at the top of your leg, about 20cm (8’’) below your natural waistline. Inside Leg: measure from the top of the inside leg at the crotch to where the trousers are normally worn on the shoes. Please note there are four delivery options. Standard Delivery: For UK customers only, this service costs £4.00. Following receipt of payment, we will dispatch your order on the next working day, providing we have your garment in stock. If your item is made-to-order the garment will be dispatched within the next couple of days following receipt of payment. We use First Class Recorded Delivery, (Royal Mail) which means someone will be required to sign for the delivery. You should receive your parcel within 5 working days. Next Day Delivery: For UK customers only, this service costs £6.00 and guarantees delivery by 1pm the next day. Please note the order must be placed before 12 noon Monday to Thursday only to qualify for next-day. This service is available for SALE items only. EU Delivery outwith UK: This service costs £6.00. You will be required to sign for this delivery and you should receive your parcel within 6 working days. Outwith EU Delivery: This service costs £8.00. You should receive your parcel within 8 working days. Corsellis cannot offer any warranty on postal delivery. Any lost parcels must be notified with supporting order information, such that Corsellis may trace such a claim through their appointed carrier. Corsellis shall not be held liable for any consequential loss and any claim will be limited to a refund on the product sales price. All orders are sent “signed for” post, so we recommend that you use a daytime address. Made-To-Measure Returns Unfortunately as we are making a dress specific to your sizing we can NOT offer a refund for your garment unless you find the garment is faulty. Please see the information below regarding faulty returns. Non-Faulty Returns We understand that deciding whether a garment is right for you is difficult without trying it on. Whilst we have done everything we can to supply you with all the information you may need to make a decision on your purchase, we appreciate that garments don't always fit as you expect or look as you had wanted it to. This is why we offer you a full refund or free exchange for unworn items returned within 15 working days of delivery in their original packaging. Please use the return documentation provided with our delivery note and assist us with marking the reason for your return and any comment you wish to make on our returned garments. We recommend that you use registered mail to send items back to us as we cannot accept liability for loss or damage in transit. Refund on purchased items will only be paid once we receive and have accepted the condition of the product returned. Unfortunately postage will not be refunded. Sale items must be returned within 10 days of order, with proof of purchase. Corsellis will refund the cost of the purchase but is unable to refund the delivery charge for despatching the goods or returning them to us. Faulty Returns Corsellis takes care in ensuring that all garments are produced to the highest quality standards. However, in the unlikely event that the product has a manufacturing defect, this may be returned for a refund provided the garment is returned within a reasonable period from purchase. In normal circumstances this would be expected to be within 30 days of product despatch. Corsellis undertakes no warranty to refund items outside of a reasonable time period or where product return is without a clear manufacturing defect. Items that are not deemed faulty will be returned to you.
